1. Standard rate (modifiable and cancellable)

Reservation payment :
The reservation is confirmed upon mandatory payment of 30% of the total stay amount (deposit).
Payment must be made exclusively by credit card via the secure Stripe platform.
The remaining 70% balance is payable on site on the day of arrival, exclusively by credit card or in cash, within the legal payment limits in force.

Cancellation :
In the event of cancellation:
• More than 45 days before the arrival date:
Cancellation is free of charge. The deposit paid will be refunded by bank transfer, minus the actual transaction fees incurred (app. 5%).
• Between the 45th day and the 8th day prior to arrival:
The deposit remains retained by the property.
• From 7 days before the arrival date:
Cancellation fees amounting to 20% of the total stay price (excluding additional services/extras) will be due.
• The day before or In the event of a no-show, the property reserves the right to claim payment of the total stay amount.

Modifications are subject to availability.
The deposit paid will be transferred to a new booking.
If the new stay:
• is more expensive → the price difference must be paid.
• is less expensive → a credit note or refund may be offered, minus the actual transaction fees incurred.
Shortened stay: any stay that has commenced is payable in full.

Additional services (Extras)

Breakfast (€10 / adult / day)
Breakfast may be booked at the time of reservation, later, or directly on site.
If not paid in advance, it may be modified or cancelled before arrival, provided the property is informed.
The amount will then be added to or deducted from the remaining balance payable on site.

Parking (€10 / day)
The property has 7 parking spaces for 11 accommodations.
Any parking request is subject to written confirmation by email from the property; only this confirmation guarantees the allocation of a space.
The reservation becomes firm only after written confirmation from the hotelier.
If no space can be allocated, no parking fee will be charged.
If an amount has been included or paid for parking, it will be deducted from the remaining balance or refunded.
A confirmed parking space remains payable even if unused, except in exceptional circumstances agreed upon by the property.
The amount is added to the stay invoice.

Extra bed chid/teenager (€15 / day)
Extra beds are available in limited numbers and must be reserved in advance.
Any confirmed reservation is firm and remains payable even if unused, except in exceptional circumstances agreed upon by the property.
The amount is added to the stay invoice.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is set at €1 per adult per night (children are exempt).
It is included in the booking rate.

2. Non-refundable rate

The total amount of the stay is payable in full (100%) at the time of booking by credit card via Stripe.

The booking is firm and final.

The non-refundable rate includes a discount on the total stay amount.
This discount is granted in exchange for full payment at the time of booking and the absence of cancellation or modification options.

Under the non-refundable rate, additional services (extras) cannot be booked online at the time of reservation.

• Breakfast: may be booked directly on site at check-in.
• Extra bed child: must be requested by email, subject to availability and without guarantee of confirmation.
• Parking: must be requested by email, subject to availability and without guarantee of confirmation.

Any additional service is considered confirmed only after written validation by the property, where applicable.
